Student Data

In our role as a vendor to educational agencies and institutions we receive student data that is used in the platform in order to provide services to students. Only information that is needed by us to perform services to the student as agreed by the educational agency is disclosed to us. These disclosures are authorized under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), as a contractor to the EA, we receive the disclosures on the same basis as school officials employed by the EA, consistent with FERPA regulations, 34 CFR §99.31(a)(1)(i)(B). Children’s Policy

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. Any information we collect from children is entered by an adult in the platform who is either a clinician or school official when enrolling in services. Student access to the platform is only granted to students by an educational agency or institutions (EAs) which contract to receive services. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information on Site (excluding the platform), we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.

 

Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
