Flexible Payment Options

We believe every family should have access to the answers they need. That’s why we offer flexible payment options, which allows you to split the cost of your child’s evaluation into manageable monthly payments. You can choose from 6, 12, or 24 month interest-free plans (subject to eligibility), making it easier to get your child the support they need without the stress of a large upfront cost.

  • No impact to your credit score to check eligibility

  • Super quick online application (it takes less than 5 minutes, literally!)

  • Flexible repayment schedules

  • Split-payment for multi-day assessments (e.g. 50% downpayment and 50% before the feedback session)

  • Major credit/debit cards

  • HSA/FSA cards

  • Step Up funds

Insurance & Superbill Support

We are pleased to inform you that on the intake call and prior to the evaluation, we can check your eligibility for reimbursement from your insurance carrier so that you know ahead of time if you will receive reimbursement.

We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Many families still receive full or partial reimbursement from their insurance after the evaluation.

What we provide:

  • An itemized superbill with service dates, fees, and (upon request) CPT/ICD-10 codes.

  • A payment receipt for submission to your plan.

  • Guidance on the questions to ask your insurer about OON benefits.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act): If you’re not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. We’re happy to provide this in writing before scheduling.

The final determination of reimbursement is made by your insurance carrier.

Step Up for Families (Step Up Funds)

Let us know you plan to use Step Up funds when you inquire.

  • We’ll confirm eligibility for your evaluation type and outline any documentation required.

  • We coordinate billing so your Step Up funds are applied appropriately.

For Florida clients, we are an approved Step Up for Families provider and proudly accept Step Up funds for eligible evaluations.
